What Fortheca is for
- Supports healthy LDL cholesterol management — red yeast rice monacolin K acts via HMG-CoA reductase pathway
- Plant sterol esters support healthy cholesterol absorption at the intestinal wall
- CoQ10 is included to replenish levels that may be affected by HMG-CoA reductase pathway modulation

How to take
Take 2 capsules daily with food — evening preferred, as hepatic lipid synthesis peaks overnight. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day.
Cautions
- This product contains Red Yeast Rice. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are taking statins, fibrates, or any cholesterol-lowering medication — additive effects and CYP3A4 interactions can be significant
- Citrinin levels are controlled to non-detect on every batch COA — however, consult your physician if you have liver or kidney conditions
