How to take
Take 2 capsules daily with food. Preferred with breakfast. Take year-round for baseline immune maintenance, or double the frequency during high-risk periods on healthcare professional advice.
Cautions
- Do not exceed the tolerable upper limit of 2,000 mg/day total vitamin C from all sources
- People with haemochromatosis (iron overload) should consult a physician before supplementing with vitamin C — ascorbate enhances non-haem iron absorption
- Individuals with G6PD deficiency should consult a physician before use
- People with a history of kidney stones (especially calcium oxalate) should consult a physician before high-dose vitamin C supplementation
- Not for use in pregnancy above established upper tolerable limits without medical supervision
