How is liposomal vitamin C different from regular vitamin C?
Ordinary vitamin C is water-soluble and much of it is excreted before your body can use it. Liposomal vitamin C is wrapped in a lipid (MCT) layer that carries it into your cells — making it up to 2x more bioavailable.
Why is the powder MCT-based?
Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) form the lipid layer of the liposome. Once the vitamin C is delivered, your body simply utilises the MCTs — nothing artificial is left behind.
How do I take it?
Stir the unflavoured powder into water, juice, smoothies or yogurt using the spoon provided. Follow the serving guide on the label for adults and children.
How long does it keep?
Stored cool and dry in its original packaging, it has a 24-month shelf life. After opening, keep it tightly sealed — refrigeration is ideal.
