- Low-dose melatonin (1 mg) supports circadian rhythm alignment — the dose at which melatonin’s chronobiotic effect is most pronounced with minimal next-day grogginess
How to take
Take 1 capsule 30–60 minutes before sleep. Take with water, not with alcohol. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking.
Cautions
- Contains 5-HTP — do not combine with SSRIs, MAOIs, SNRIs or other serotonergic medication without physician supervision
- Contains melatonin — not suitable for daytime use; may impair driving alertness for several hours
- Passionflower has mild sedative properties — additive with alcohol, benzodiazepines, and other sedatives
- Not for use in pregnancy or lactation
- Start with 1 capsule; do not exceed 1 capsule per night
